Anderson Bowman & Zalewski PLLC and Shiryak, Gill and Kadochnikov PC are pleased to announce the merger of the two Queens-based law firms. The new firm will be named Shiryak, Bowman, Anderson, Gill and Kadochnikov LLP. Based in Kew Gardens, Queens, the new firm will now include a wide variety of complementary practice areas, including real estate and commercial litigation, real estate transactions, immigration, trusts and estates, bankruptcy, and consumer rights litigation. The firm will service all of New York City, Long Island and Westchester County.

Alexander Shiryak has nearly 20 years of experience, handling a wide range of cases in Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Mr. Shiryak represents a diverse range of clients, from sophisticated investors to a family purchasing their first home, with professionalism and dedication. Last year, Shiryak represented homeowners in nearly five hundred real estate transactions.

Mr. Bowman has made headlines in the New York Times, The New York Post, and The New York Daily News for his representation of clients and strives for excellence.

Ms. Gill represents her clients with expertise and dedication in matters such as asylum petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, family-based petitions, and various other immigration needs. Ms. Gill is also a member of many non-profit organizations, including Second Chance Animal Rescue of Levittown. She is also an elected state delegate for the Women’s Bar Association of New York.

Alexander Kadochnikov primarily focuses on commercial litigation as well as business and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Kadochnikov has represented clients in litigation matters such as breach of contract issues, breach of fiduciary duty, and coop shareholder disputes. Additionally, Mr. Kadochnikov often focus on cases involving multi million dollar construction disputes and serves as general counsel for numerous local business.
