Ms. Gill takes the necessary time to understand her clients’ unique immigration circumstances. Among her many accomplishments are: successful asylum petitions; waivers of inadmissibility; family-based petitions; and removal of conditions.

She successfully guided numerous families to achieving a piece of mind that their assets will be distributed according to their wishes with least tax consequences.

Born to Punjabi-American immigrant parents, Ms. Gill understands the challenges faced by the immigrant community and she is always there to help. Her desire is to be able to help the younger generation and women that are the most vulnerable in understanding their legal rights, to help them assimilate into their new world and to ensure that they have an outlet to preserve their rich cultural heritage. She is an executive of KiiRPA – a not-for-profit organization. Ms. Gill is also on the board of directors for Second Chance Animal Rescue of Levittown and a member of the New York City and Queens County Women Bar Associations.
